Strong and Courageous
Focus: Meditation, Mindfulness, Breath awareness
In this meditation practice, we use the affirmation, “I am strong, I am courageous” to help us believe in ourselves with life is hard and things get scary. Courage isn’t being fearless, courage is acknowledging our fear, and yet persevering and continuing to push into the unknown. Practice this meditation frequently, daily if needed, to remember your inner and to come back to the present when you face uncertainty and challenges.
